CR(Cold Rolled)

PO(Pickled & Oiled)
We protect hot-rolled coils by removing surface scale through a pickling process and applying rust-preventive oil to prevent rust formation;
the oil amount can also be specified according to the customer's processing characteristics when placing an order.

Galvanized Steel Sheet
Galvanized Steel Sheet
Produced through cold rolling, CR Coil offers superior surface quality and dimensional precision compared to HR Coil.
It is essential for industries that require high-quality materials, including automotive exterior panels, home appliance casings, and precision components.
We also supply post-processed products such as galvanized steel sheets, including GI and GL.
Pre-Colored Metal
It is produced by removing surface impurities from hot-rolled steel sheets (original steel plates) using hydrochloric or sulfuric acid, adjusting the thickness to the desired level by applying pressure while passing the sheet between rolls, and then plating it with aluminum or zinc through heat treatment and applying a special paint to give it a smooth, natural texture. It is primarily used for purposes such as enhancing the appearance of buildings or home appliances.

Zinc Coated
GI, HGI : Galvanized Iron, Hot-dip Galvanized Iron
The GI product (hot-dip galvanized steel), which is the most widely used among surface-treated steel sheets, is a product produced by feeding F/H products that have undergone a pickling and rolling process into a CGL line to continuously anneale them to secure the desired material properties, and then passing them through a galvanizing bath at about 460 degrees to plate zinc on the surface.

Zinc Coated
GA : Galva-annealedIron
As soon as the steel sheet passes through the liquid molten zinc bath, a special heat treatment is applied before the zinc metal plated on the surface hardens to form a Zn-Fe alloy layer between the base steel sheet and the zinc plating layer. Due to the Fe component contained in the surface of the plating layer, it exhibits a dark gray color and is primarily used for automotive steel sheets as it demonstrates excellent weldability, paintability, and corrosion resistance.
